We are looking for a Full Stack Developer who can work across backend and frontend as needed to speed up feature delivery and reduce bottlenecks for the existing dev team.

At AuditOne, we are building modern tools for auditors and certification bodies to streamline compliance, certification, and assurance processes. Our platform helps make audits more transparent, efficient, and scalable, bringing innovation to a space that is often slowed down by manual processes. We’re a small but fast-moving team and are looking for someone who can hit the ground running, contribute across the stack, and help us move faster on key deliverables.
What You’ll Work On
- Shipping features across our Flask + MongoDB backend and React frontend
- Aligning APIs and frontend integration to ensure smooth user experiences
- Supporting and unblocking existing devs to reduce bottlenecks in delivery
- (Bonus) Contributing to Web3 integrations (wallet connect, smart contracts, etc.)
Our Tech Stack
- Backend: Python (Flask), MongoDB
- Frontend: React
- Good to Have: ether.js, web3.py, or smart contract knowledge
What We’re Looking For
- Solid experience building and shipping full-stack applications
- Strong skills in Python/Flask and React
- Good understanding of working with APIs and integrations
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setup
- Experience with MongoDB and modern frontend workflows
- Bonus: familiarity with Web3 development (ethers.js, web3.py, wallet integrations, smart contracts)
