ATMOS Space Cargo is seeking an HR Intern to support across the core HR team. This role provides hands-on exposure to HR administration, recruitment support, and people operations within a fast-growing aerospace startup, working closely with the HR team and key internal stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- You will support day-to-day HR administrative and people operations tasks
- You will assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- You will maintain and update employee data, personnel files, and HR systems
- You will support recruitment activities, including interview scheduling and candidate communication
- You will assist in preparing contracts, certificates, and HR-related documentation
- You will help coordinate internal HR processes, trainings, and meetings
- You will support employees with basic HR-related inquiries
- You will contribute to HR projects and continuous process improvements
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- Strong organizational and administrative skills with high attention to detail
- Discrete and reliable handling of confidential information
- Comfortable working with MS Office or Google Workspace
- Proactive, structured, and hands-on working style
- Very good written and spoken English; German is a strong plus
- Availability to be on-site in our Lichtenau office
Preferred qualifications
- First practical experience in HR, administration, or people operations
- Interest in HR processes within a technical or engineering-driven environment
- Experience working with HR tools or applicant tracking systems
- Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset
