Key Responsibilities
- Support the procurement process on Yooz: Request for Quotation (RFQ),Create Purchase Request (PR), Create Purchase Orders (PO) and coordinate approvals both with Tech & Finance teams
- Update suppliers data base
- Follow-up with the suppliers (Availability, Delivery time, Payment plan)
- Support in the follow-up of Inventory tool
- Coordinate with the customs office depending on the country of origin (shipment)
- Excellent written and spoken German and English; French is a plus
- Good communication skills
- Good knowledge in Excel
- Interest for Space would be a plus
