7Learnings helps retailers improve their commercial performance through AI-powered pricing. Our predictive pricing platform enables retail teams to make faster, more accurate pricing decisions and replace manual processes with intelligent automation.
We are looking for an ambitious Associate Account Executive to join our Berlin-based team and help grow our customer base across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
This is a hands-on, full-cycle sales role. You will identify the right prospective customers, initiate conversations, understand their commercial challenges, demonstrate the 7Learnings platform, and guide qualified opportunities through to contract signature.
Approximately 80–90% of your focus will be on winning new business through proactive outbound sales, with the remaining 10–20% dedicated to inbound opportunities and developing selected customer relationships.
This role is well suited to someone who wants more responsibility than a traditional SDR position and is ready to take ownership of the complete sales process.

- Research and identify high-potential retail prospects across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
- Build your own pipeline through cold calling, targeted email outreach, LinkedIn, events, referrals, and other prospecting channels.
- Engage senior decision-makers and create interest in the business value of predictive pricing.
- Qualify opportunities by understanding each prospect’s pricing processes, commercial priorities, technology landscape, and decision-making structure.
- Lead discovery calls and deliver tailored product demonstrations.
- Explain complex AI and pricing concepts in a clear, practical, and commercially relevant way.
- Develop compelling business cases that connect the 7Learnings platform to measurable customer outcomes.
- Manage opportunities through the full sales process, including follow-up, stakeholder alignment, commercial discussions, negotiation, and contract close.
- Maintain momentum across longer and more complex B2B sales cycles.
- Respond quickly and professionally to inbound enquiries.
- Develop selected existing accounts and identify appropriate expansion opportunities.
- Keep pipeline data, forecasts, activities, and next steps accurate in the CRM.
- Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to improve market messaging and customer feedback.
- Consistently achieve agreed revenue, pipeline, activity, and conversion targets.
- Initial experience in B2B sales, business development, SaaS, retail technology, consulting, or another commercially focused role.
- The motivation to take ownership of the full sales cycle rather than only booking meetings.
- Strong prospecting skills and the confidence to initiate conversations with people who do not yet know 7Learnings.
- The ability to run structured discovery conversations and identify genuine business needs.
- Confidence presenting software and leading product demonstrations.
- Commercial awareness and the ability to connect product capabilities with financial and operational value.
- Strong negotiation, follow-up, and relationship-building skills.
- Professional fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
- A structured and reliable approach to pipeline management.
- Resilience, persistence, and the ability to remain effective through longer sales cycles.
- Curiosity about artificial intelligence, retail, pricing, e-commerce, and enterprise software.
- A proactive working style and the willingness to take responsibility for results.
- Experience with CRM and sales tools is helpful but not essential.
What Success Looks Like
You build a consistent pipeline of relevant retail prospects across the DACH region and convert that pipeline into signed customers.
You are comfortable creating opportunities from scratch, but you are equally capable of leading a strong discovery conversation, delivering a credible demonstration, building internal support within the prospect organisation, and asking for the business.
You understand that successful enterprise sales requires persistence, preparation, commercial judgement, and disciplined follow-through. You do not simply generate interest—you take responsibility for turning that interest into revenue.
Attractive Package: €60,000 Base Salary + uncapped commission (OTE €100,000+). We reward overperformance.
