We are looking for a Growth Marketing Working Student (f/m/d; flexible semi-remote; 20 hours weekly). Join a fast-growing startup in Berlin!

This position offers insight into several fast-growing industries (eCommerce & AI) in general and into building a B2B brand. Your tasks:
Campaign Support: Assist in planning, executing, monitoring and reporting marketing campaigns across digital channels, including email, social media, and search engines.
Data Analysis: Analyze marketing data to track campaign performance, generate insights, and recommend improvements.
Lead Generation: Support lead generation efforts by identifying potential customers and nurturing leads through various marketing activities.
Skills and Qualifications:
Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (e.g., Marketing, Business, Communications).
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
Proficiency in Excel is required; coding skills are a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; German language skills are a plus.
Familiarity with digital marketing channels and tools (e.g., social media platforms, email marketing, Hubspot.
Creative mindset with an eye for detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
A proactive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
Remember: We’ll give you plenty of guidance, support, and higher-level objectives, but we don’t micro-manage. We’ll set goals together, but we trust you to figure out the best ways to achieve them! We want you to explore, learn, and find out what you enjoy doing the most.
